Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of equipment do you use?
We only use professional sound equipment from the best manufacturers, including: Crown, DBX, Dennon, JBL, Numark, Sennheiser, Shure, TCS Audio, and Turbosound.

What type of media do you use?
CD’s are used along with professional disc jockey CD players. We also carry a complete set of backup CDs.

Do you have backup equipment?
Yes. We carry a complete backup system to every wedding.

What do you wear?
The DJ will wear a black suit or tuxedo.

Can I request specific types of music and songs?
Yes; please limit to 10 songs. (The 10 songs do not include the formal bridal dances.) It is difficult for the DJ to fit in more than 10 special requests in the time period, and many special requests make it difficult to accommodate guests’ requests. Feel free to list favorite bands and genres so that the DJ can know what type of music you like.

Is there an extra charge for the special requests? No.

Can my friend/relative sing/play a song at the reception?
Yes. Extra charges may apply depending on what extra sound equipment is needed to accommodate them.

Who will actually DJ the wedding?
Brandon Cecil, the President of All Around Sound Productions is the only person who will DJ your wedding. We will never send a different DJ.

How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 50% of the total amount.

When is the final payment due? The final payment is due one week prior to the wedding. Payments are also accepted earlier. All Around Sound Productions will accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Are there discounts for Friday and Sunday weddings?
Yes, they are 10% off.

Can we see you perform at another wedding?
Yes, although permission must be obtained from the bride and groom.

Does the price include background music during dinner & cocktails?
Yes.

How many songs do you have in your collection?
Approximately 10,000 songs.
